Child Dedication is an incredible opportunity to take some time as a parent to think about what will matter the most in the life of your child. It is a commitment as a parent to lead your child into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Baptism is a response to a personal decision to fully follow Christ. Dedication is a celebration that recognizes your child as a gift from God and as parents, your commitment to model what following Jesus looks like. Luke 2:22-40 Jesus’ parents dedicated Him to God.
Prepare for Child Dedication by attending our Discovering Grace Class It will help you understand who we are as a church so it is a requirement before Child Dedication.
At Grace Family Church, we want to partner with parents to help lead their children into a growing relationship with Jesus, so that when a child is old enough to understand, they too will choose to follow Christ and then be baptized.
